Editor's Note

With the death of Anna Nicole Smith, the lack of verbal control and utter stupidity of Michael Richards, Isaiah Washington and now Paris Hilton (the latter should be no surprise) there isn’t a lot to cheer about. Perhaps you’ll use this opportunity to take in the sweet tunes of Miguel Migs, Ghostface Killah, or Fall Out Boy. Let’s face it only a few movies out there are worth your time and money so let us help you weed through the catchy titles and over budgeted scripts.

We’re in that in between season where presents have been re-gifted and resolutions have been broken, so the only thing we have to look forward to will be...summer! Well not for those of you with the putrid scent of l’amour in the air filling your nostrils. As for this month the 14th was a day to show love to neighbours, co-workers, acquaintances, or for some of you your relatives (kissing cousins). There are those of us who believe in it but express it in our own unique way and time. There are those of you who treasure it as much as your own birthday. In all honesty that day is for the lovers and as a recovering hater I have taken this opportunity to try and make amends. I’ll start by working on forgiving the rappers Gwen Stefani and the Duchess for their ill attempt of doing something as unnatural as mc’ing, I mean rhyming. I forgive you both, now that’s true love.

We look forward to your comments and ideas, so if you feel BLUNT enough send your thoughts to comments@bnblunt.com, but until then enjoy this issue.
